Company employee benefit program where an Employer will either match an employee personal donation or donate a percentage up to a specific amount.
A donation of appreciated stock.
Specific Bequest, Percentage Bequest, Residuary Bequest, or Contingent Bequest.
Sample Bequest Language: I give and bequeath the sum of $_______ or percentage of ___________ of my estate to the Human Relations Initiative, Inc.
Name the Human Relations Initiative, Inc. as a beneficiary of any individual or group life insurance policy.
An IRA, 401(K), 403(b) or another qualified retirement plan.
